Let Your Light Shine!

Hanukkah 2017 is here, so, Hanukkah Sameach! As you enjoy the festivities of the holiday season, we wanted to give you a glimpse into the Jewish holiday which is steeped in tradition, not unlike Christmas. Both Hanukkah and Christmas give us reason to pause, reflect, practice gratitude and let our lights shine!

In our commercialized society, pausing in ritualized remembrance may require a dedicated time slot on the daily calendar. Making time to pause is critical to maintaining good mental health, especially during this joyful, yet stressful time of year.
